Inputs
  • Task type (Work, Personal, Admin).
  • Planned duration you chose.
  • Your check-in: Too Short / About Right / Too Long.
  • Only blocks 10 minutes+ are used.
Where check-ins appear
  • Enable Estimate training in Settings.
  • Shown after you mark a focus block done.
  • Appears occasionally (about 30%) and max once per day.
Example
Reading - 30 minutes
Too short = you needed more than 30 minutes.
About right = 30 minutes felt correct.
Too long = 30 minutes was more than you needed.
What it turns into
  • Mostly Too Short = "underestimate by ~5-10m".
  • Mixed results = "Estimates look steady."
  • Fewer than 3 check-ins = "Not enough feedback yet."
